Halyards

Inspired by the Sailboat Metaphor (a “halyard” is the main rope used to hoist the sail of a sailboat) our name invokes the figurative act of “raising our sails” in pursuit of growth.​ Our mission is to help each person to effectively raise their sails and contribute the creation of conditions that help others do the same. We're integrating applied social science research insights into resources, products, and experiences that increase the quality and quantity of opportunities people face to "choose growth" in their everyday lives, work, and throughout their social engagements.

 

We seek to ignite and fuel a global movement toward widespread personal, organizational, and community transformation.
